Weed Man Lawn Care/Mosquito Hero of Tampa Bay is a locally owned small business that is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative (CSR)

For more than 50 years, Weed Man's promise has always been the same - Treat every lawn as if it were our own and provide customers with honest, open communication and amazing service. We provide fertilization, weed control and pest management services using superior products and with amazing customer service, which is what keeps our customer coming back year after year!

We are looking for a someone like you to join our team as an CSR providing top notch customer service.

As an CSR you will be working in an office setting, interacting with homeowners over the phone, while being responsible for other administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with customers by phone to answer question, resolve concerns, verify customer information and make sales as needed
• Related administrative duties

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Courteous, respectful oral and written communication skill
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Proven time management
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently as part of a winning team
• Ability to work in a fast- paced, results oriented environment
• Commitment to learning and professional development
• Previous horticulture experience preferred, but not required
  

EDUCATION

• High school

Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00
